The St. Johns Neighborhood Association regularly holds two meetings each month - a General Meeting and a Meeting of the Board. All meetings are open to the public.
We are working on a new schedule for 2020 and will announce it after we receive community feedback for preferred days of the week.
The December General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2019 from 7:00-8:30 pm and will be held at the St. Johns Community Center (8427 N Central St.). All are welcome to participate.

ABOUT THE MEETINGS
There are a minimum of six (6) general membership meetings annually to be held at least bimonthly.
Notification for all general meetings will occur with at least seven (7) days advance public notice.
Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the Chairperson will prepare the agenda for meetings of SJNA. Any person may add an item to the agenda by:
Submitting the item in writing to the Chairperson at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, or
Making a motion to the Board of Directors to add an item to the general meeting agenda at that meeting. Adoption of that motion requires a second and majority vote.
MEETINGS OF THE BOARD
Board meetings are open to any person and all who may wish to observe. Only board members will be eligible to vote. All meeting minutes will be made publicly available.
Special meetings of the membership may be called by a majority vote of the Board of Directors as deemed necessary. Notification and purpose(s) of the special meeting require seven (7) days advance notice.
SJNA shall follow Roberts Rules of Order (Revised) in all areas.
